Login and Authentication Issues
Can't access your account? Here are common solutions
Forgot password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and check for a reset link. Check spam folder if not received within 5 minutes.
Account locked
After 5 failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait or contact support for immediate unlock.
Two-factor authentication problems
Use backup codes provided during 2FA setup. If unavailable, contact support with account verification details.
SSO not working
Ensure your SSO provider is configured correctly. Check with your IT admin or contact our enterprise support team.

Slow loading times
Clear browser cache and cookies, disable browser extensions, or try an incognito window. Check our status page for system issues.
Features not working

File upload failures
Check file size (max 100MB), file type restrictions, and internet connection. Try uploading one file at a time or use our desktop app.
Sync issues with integrations
Disconnect and reconnect the integration, check authentication tokens haven't expired, and verify permissions in the connected service.

Missing projects or tasks
Check archive/trash folders, verify team member permissions, and ensure you're in the correct workspace. Contact support if data appears permanently lost.
Time tracking not working
Check browser permissions for background tabs, ensure timer wasn't paused, and verify task assignment. Manual time entry is always available.
Email notifications not arriving
Check spam/junk folders, verify email settings in your profile, ensure notifications are enabled for specific events, and whitelist @synqhub.com emails.
Mobile app sync issues
Force close and reopen the app, check internet connection, ensure app is updated to latest version, or log out and log back in.
